Returns

Essential oils are precious commodities, and since we cannot resell returned goods, and we do not wish to waste these natural resources - we ask that you please try a small bottle prior to purchasing in bulk if you are a new customer, or you are trying a new oil.

We are convinced that you will be 100% satisfied with the highest quality, pure essential oils and aromatherapy products purchased from us. However, if you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, we want to know about it.

If there is a problem with the order, or if the package is damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. All diffusers are covered by limited manufacture warranty. If the unit is not working properly and is still under warranty please contact us to make arrangements for repair or replacement.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PREAUTHORIZED. All return requests must be submitted online within 15 days of delivery - and store credit will be issued.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on bulk oils. Only the smallest size available for a particular oil will be accepted for return. If items are returned unauthorized, or after 15 days of delivery, store credit will be issued, less returned goods fees, shipping charges and an additional administrative fee to process the return.

GENERALTERMS OF USE

This website provides an online service operated by 100% Pure Essential Oils online (100PEO), on the world wide web consisting of the offer for sale and fulfillment of essential oils and accessories. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to the use of this website by you, the end user.   Each time you access this Site, you confirm your agreement to abide by this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS 100PEO reserves the right at all times to change or discontinue any of these Terms and Conditions to the extent deemed necessary or desirable.  Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will take effect upon our posting of the changes on our website.   USING A CREDIT CARD AND YOUR BILLING/STATEMENT: 100PEO does not sell products to children or teens, but does sell to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from any 100PEO cart are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
