Thyme oil iInvigorates and stimulates the mind and has been known to aid concentration and memory. Other benefits of Thyme oil include calming and soothing, and reducing anxiety and stress.
Use Suggestions :Thyme is also an air disinfectant - killing airborne bacteria. Use it in a diffuser to kill bateria and germs in the air. Use in a diffuser or massage to counter a cold and relieve tiredness. Dilute with carrier oil before putting on the skin. Blend 5-7 drops of Thyme oil to 1 oz of unscented lotion for a wonderful Thyme oil lotion blend.

Wood Oils: Cedarwood
Peel Oils: Bergamot, Lemon
General Tips: Do not use in cases of high blood pressure nor in pregnancy. Undilluted essential oils in their purest state are extremely potent, and should be blended with a carrier oil or other medium prior to use directly on the skin, as the essential oil may cause irritation. "
