Restful Sleep Insomnia Relief blend is a special aromatherapy blend created specifically to help you get a good nights sleep. If you are unable to fall asleep, or find yourself waking up several times during the night, Restful Sleep Therapeutic Blend can help.

Sleeplessness or lack of sufficient sleep can be frustrating and debilitating, making it difficult to be productive, and can cause emotional problems. Many factors can affect your ability to get a good nights sleep. This therapeutic essential oil blend was created to address sleeplessness and calms the mind to allow for restful sleep.

Our insomnia relief blend includes the following essential oils known for their relaxing and sleep inducing properties: Ylang-ylang oil, roman chamomile oil and orange oil. This blend of oil is skin safe and ready to use. You may use restful sleep therapeutic Essential Oil Blend as often as needed by massaging directly on the chest, and/or under the nose. Or if you prefer, put some oil on a tissue and place between your pillow and pillow case so you can smell it throughout the night. Benefits of this oil are also experienced by inhalation, so take a deep breath, hold, release and repeat. Use this oil blend at night, approximately 20 minutes before bedtime.
