This oil is a first distillation therapeutic, undiluted, 100% pure essential oil.
Overall Scent: A spicy, warm and sweet odor. Smells like the spice used in cooking, oriental and exotic.
Properties:A comforting and soothing essential oil, properties include aphrodisiac, euphoric, stimulate and elevates the mind. Nutmeg is often referred to as the natural aphrodisiac scent, so be careful when using it!
Use Suggestions: Used in massage blends for aching joints because of its warming property. Nutmet oils warming properties are also used well in sensual massages and can act as an aphrodisiac for men and women alike. Nutmeg oil is an excellent addition to many aromatherapy blends, blends well with Lavender, Clary Sage, Geranium, Rosemary, Petitgrain, Orange, and other spices. Try 1 drop with 20-40 drops of Orange for a wonderful home blend.
General Tips: Should not be used at all during pregnancy, If inhaled may cause nausea, not recommended for skin care.Undiluted essential oils in their purest state are extremely potent, and should be blended with a carrier oil or other medium prior to use directly on the skin, as the essential oil may cause irritation.
