Properties: Relaxing, soothing, without being a sedative, chamomile oil is very gentle for many skin conditions, digestive problems and stress. Use Suggestions: Add 3 drops to a hot bath for a blissful retreat. Blend a small quantity of chamomile oil with jojoba oil for a great massage rub. Chamomile oil also makes a wonderful bath retreat. Put a few drops into a hot bath and relaxe all your worries away.

General Tips: Undiluted essential oils in their purest state are extremely potent, and should be blended with a carrier oil or other medium prior to use directly on the skin, as the essential oil may cause irritation.
