Our Fir needle oil is a first distillation therapeutic 100% pure essential oil.
Overall Scent: Crisp scent of a beautiful forest. The rich sweet balsam scent of fir needle oil is derived from the needles and is wonderful for winter holiday scents or summer cooler blends. More subtle than other pine oils, abies balsameais more spicy than spruce.
Properties: Aromatherapy properties of abies balsamea include refreshing, invigorating, stimulating, and strengthening.
Use Suggestions: Blend abies balsamea oil with rosemary, lavender or citrus oils for a beautiful scent. Abies balsamea blends well with many other essential oils as weel. Very popular in an aromatherapy bath to revive tired muscles. Add a few drops of abies balsamea to a diffuser for a great way to wake up and feel energized. Often used in room sprays, detergents, cough and cold preparations. To make a room spray, combine 2 oz of distilled water with about 10 drops of abies balsamea essential oil in a mister and shake well.

General Tips: Undiluted essential oils in their purest state are extremely potent, and should be blended with a carrier oil or other medium prior to use directly on the skin, as the essential oil may cause irritation.
