Use Suggestions: Add a few drops of Clary Sage Oil to a tissue and inhale or add to a diffuser. Use Clary Sage Oil only in moderation and only if you are about to rest since clary sage oil can alter your state of mind. To add to a bath you may want to blend Clary Sage Oil with some half and half, honey, vinegar before adding to the water (the droplets will dissolve in the water and not float concentrated at the surface).
