Most aromatherapy & essential oil orders will ship within 1-2 business days of placing your aromatherapy order, whether shopping online, ordering through email or by fax or phone. Orders placed with a PAYPAL Echeck will be processed after the echeck clears (usually within 4 business days).
If you select the Standard Shipping method, your aromatherapy order will be shipped via USPS mail which is much quicker than Ground and usually arrives within 3 days excluding Sundays. Shipping generally takes 1-2 days to arrive to East Coast and Upper Central States, and can take 2-4 days to arrive at West Coast and Lower Central US shipping destinations. (Order may take longer during holidays depending on mail volume)(YES - WE SHIP TO PO BOXES)

Please be aware that orders over 5 pounds will be charged a slightly higher, but still heavily discounted shipping rate of $7.75 or more.
Orders placed on Friday after 3:30 PM will likely be processed the following Monday and may not ship until Tuesday.

If items are returned for this reason, we reserve the right to charge actual shipping rates to reship the order.
