We stand by our 100% PURE ESSENTIAL OILS!

We, at 100PureEssentialOils.com, strive to provide top quality products at the best pricing available - In stock when you need them  - Shipped as quickly as possible. In order to focus on this goal and do it well, we need to keep non-essential communications and paperwork to a minimum.

With that end in mind - we have streamlined our return policy.


Return Policy
We are convinced that you will be 100% satisfied with the highest quality, pure essential oils and aromatherapy products purchased from us. However, if you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, we want to know about it.

If there is a problem with the order, or if the package is damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. All diffusers are covered by limited manufacture warranty. If the unit is not working properly and is still under warranty please contact us to make arrangements for repair or replacement.

ALL OTHER RETURNS SUBJECT TO 20% RETURN FEE AND MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:


ALL RETURNS MUST BE PREAUTHORIZED.
All return requests must be submitted online - and products returned within 15 days of original delivery. Store credit will be issued. Failure to follow these instructions will result additional fees up to 10% of the return.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on bulk oils.  Only the smallest size available for a particular oil will be accepted for return. If items are returned unauthorized, store credit will be issued, less returned goods fees, shipping charges and an additional administrative fee to process the return.

Essential oils are precious commodities, and since we cannot resell returned goods, and we do not wish to waste these natural resources  - we ask that you please try a small bottle prior to purchasing in bulk if you are a new customer.

We cannot be held responsible for items returned due to INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS. If items are undeliverable as addressed OR are sent back as unclaimed or undeliverable, you will be issued a store credit for the items, less shipping charges and returned goods fees.  Please double check the shipping address prior to placing your order.
